Provide a performance lubrication program to extend lubrication intervals, improve lubricant performance and extend equipment life while reducing associated costs. After switching to NCH’s IGM hydraulic oil, the oil service life on all 21 machines has extended from 17,200 hours to 46,600 hours (oil analysis check). A 30% temperature reduction was achieved under the same operating conditions. It led to a substantial decrease in energy consumption (14.6%).
