NCH Lubricants is part of the NCH Corporation family; starting in 1919 and operating for over 100 years, NCH Corporation has a global presence, supplying Lubrication, industrial maintenance and water treatment to customers in a wide range of industries.

    Milton P Levy Sr. began National Disinfectant Company offering 6 products and a dream. The line featured products such as a coal tar disinfectant, an insecticide and a liquid hand soap to improve sanitation in hospitals, schools and public institutions.

  • 1940s

    Upon the death of Milton, his wife Ruth and their sons Lester, Milton and Irvin become more active in the company's management. Sales reach $300,000.

  • 1950s

    The sales methodology, the Gears of Selling was introduced and becomes an integral part of the company strategy.

  • 1960s

    The company's name is changed to National Chemsearch to reflect the expanding product line and the company initiates. International expansion into Europe, Asia and Latin America. National Chemsearch becomes listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock symbol NCH . Sales reach $47.5M.

  • 1970s

    NCH moves to new corporate head quarters in Dallas. The NCH Corporation name was adopted as the company expanded into maintenance products. Sales reach $200M.

    Construction of a large building, which would become the NCH headquarters in Dallas.
  • 1990s

    NCH enters into Eastern Europe and expands into water treatment and oil field chemicals.

    The Levy Family takes the company private. Sales reach $700M.

    We are present in 58 countries across the world. Sales reach $1B.
